WPS for Android is a productivity suite for the devices based on Android operating system. This is a free of cost mobile suite that offers great features to help you create and manage documents and presentations. It offers all the main utility features that one expects from a mobile suite; of course, it is not as elaborately functional as a desktop variant but it is a nice streamlined tool that performs all the general tasks that you seek from a mobile suite.
Acquiring: You can get WPS for Android from the Google Play store. It is a free, downloadable app for all android devices. It is available for devices with Android version 2.1 or higher.
Compatibility and Formats; It offers more formats feasibility than any other mobile suite; in all, 23 including doc., docx, ppt, xls, xlsl, pdf, ppt etc.
Backup and Recovery: WPS for Android has auto save and Backup recovery options.
Security and Encryption: Documents in this suite can be encrypted.
Interface:
WPS Office for Android offers a sleek, simple user friendly interface; the user experience is enhanced by a few extra features like File Manager, Thumbnail Wall that shows recent documents; it also boasts of a desktop widget for editing and previewing.
A night mode for low light conditions has also been incorporated.
WPS suite offers great tools that allow you to alter the page layout in addition to the text of documents. There are some more nifty features like the ability of introducing page breaks.
Sharing: You can send your documents to e-mail or cloud accounts, you can also sync with Evernote but there are no options for sharing them on acclaimed social platforms like twitter or Facebook.
Negative: Mostly, the mobile suites are not as elaborately functional as there computer variants and same is the case here so it is not very advisable to create complex documents using this program but it can be used as an efficient editing tool.
